In-stock items
We accept returns of unused, undamaged in-stock items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us within this period to start a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the piece was damaged or defective on arrival.
Custom and made-to-order
Bespoke and made-to-order items are crafted to your specification and cannot be returned for change of mind. If the delivered piece does not match the agreed specification, contact us promptly and we will resolve the issue.
Damaged on arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Restoration services
Restoration outcomes depend on the state of the original piece. Expected results are agreed in writing before work begins.
